Our commitment. Beauté Aesthetics New York wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website and learn about our services. We work to keep this site accessible and easy to use for all visitors.

The standard we follow. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content usable for people with a wide range of disabilities, including vision, hearing, mobility, speech and cognitive disabilities.

What we do.

  • We check this site's pages with automated testing tools and manual review, and we fix the issues we find.
  • We aim for clear headings, text descriptions for meaningful images, labeled form fields, keyboard access, visible focus and sufficient color contrast.
  • We review new pages and features for accessibility when they are published.
  • We offer an accessibility tools menu (the accessibility icon on every page). It lets you enlarge text, increase contrast, highlight links, switch to a more readable font, adjust spacing, have text read aloud and pause animations. Your settings are saved only in your own browser and are not shared with anyone. The menu is an optional aid. It does not replace our work on the site itself, and you do not need it to use this site.

Compatibility. This site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox). It also works with common assistive technologies, including the JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack screen readers, and with browser zoom up to 200%.

Known limitations. Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible, including:

  • Content and tools provided by third parties, such as embedded maps, videos, social media feeds, review widgets, online booking or scheduling systems, payment pages and chat services. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we do not control their content.
  • Older documents, such as PDF files, created before our current review process.
  • Recently added images, videos or posts that we have not yet reviewed.

Getting help another way. If you cannot access any information or service on this site, contact us and we will provide it another way at no cost to you. That could be by phone, by email, or in an alternative format such as large print or plain text.
